40-minutes to Progreso’s wonderful Malecon, peppered with seafood restaurants and palapa seating on the beach.  Progreso also has larger grocery stores and a teaming central market. Costco is 45-minutes away.  And Mérida’s International Airport is an easy 1-hour drive on good highways.

The HOA fee is $4k-mxn per month and includes electricity, grounds keeper, water and pool maintenance.
