This is one of the many houses in centro that have been divided and now it is very narrow.
It is also 50 meters’ deep, that gives it potential for a remodel project.  The last room off the house opens up to almost 4 meters.
It is a good remodel project for a rental or for a couple or single person.
I have seen a house similar to this one in dimensions, that was remodeled in Santiago where the space was used in the most creative way.
The single person that now lives in the house, tells me he finds it very comfortable.
