We try to give our Sellers 24-hours notice of an appointment to show their property. Some of our Sellers will need to meet us at the property and many of our properties are a considerable distance from our offices and from our Sellers' homes and offices.

• We will meet you at our offices in Mérida or Majahual, or we will pick you up at your hotel in Mérida or Costa Maya.
• We will provide transportation to see our properties.
• We will answer all your questions to the best of our ability and knowledge.
• We will refer you to competent legal counsel to help you decide which form of ownership makes most sense for you.
• We will treat you fairly and honestly.
• We will strive to make your real estate purchase hassle-free.
• We will provide references upon request.
